dirty work, dumb & dumber, and The monday night wars, oh and The rise and fall of ECW

Metropolis (Fritz Lang) and Avalon (by Mamoru Oshii), both my favourite movies of all time. Other than that... lets see... Flash Gordon, Barbarella, Stargate, Star Trek The Motion Picture...

as for animated movies:
Cool World, Wings of Honneamise, Disney's Atlantis, Treasure Planet, Kiki's Delivery service, Osamu Tezuka's Metropolis,...

and I regularly re-watch the documentary film "What the Bleep do we know"

Pretty eclectic collection...🙂

Even though I'm well-known as a fan of the Star Wars saga...I'm actually MORE of a fan of the novels and the expanded universe of SW lore. The films...I go a long time between watching them.

The one film series I watch over and over is Lord of the Rings. It just never gets old for me. The depth of characters, the breadth of the story and the landscape...just the whole thing. I can put it on anytime, at any place and get into it. It's kinda like the book itself. I've always said that Tolkien is like the Bible...you can pretty much open it up anywhere, read a bit and get something out of it.

Don't know if this counts as a movie, but one season or another of Battlestar Galactica is often on my DVD player.

Couple movies I can think of that I do watch a lot:

Dogma
Serenity (And the Firefly series)
Cube
Pi
Dune/Children of Dune (The Sci-Fi version, not the David Lynch abortion)
Crash (The Academy Award winning one, not the James Spader ab...ok, you get it)

back in high school i'd watch the rocky horror picture show at least once a week.

some others are,

edward scissorhands
Clerks 2
Pete's dragon (don't judge me!)
Army of Darkness
Cannibal the Musical
Jaws
The Nightmare Before Christmas
Dracula Dead and Loving It (actually all the Mel Brooks films.)

Repo! is note worthy.

I've seen Schindler's List, Carlito's Way, and Leaving Las Vegas multiple times.
