what object would u use to tickle the person u want to tickle most?

When I wrestle my wife she hates when I get her a hold of her ankles and gnaw on her bare feet with my teeth,especially on the balls of her feet. It drives her crazy. When she is tied up I found an electric toothbrush on her bare soles works wonders. My wife isn't particularly ticklish but these work and make her laugh.
