I'm no expert. However...
Another possibility, if real, would be an elephant seal. Note the larger size of the incisors, the eye position, the short thick bone extending from the shoulder position and the backward extension of the spine. If you enlarge the skull section, there are shadings in the snout area that may have been tusk roots, suggesting that it was a male. There are areas where chemical and nuclear testing has influenced the size of elephant seals...leaving some this size and even larger.
