Koshka has signed the contract. There is stipulated, that anyone who have more a high rank can tickle her at leisure time. And the Koshka can tickle anyone who have a lower rank. No sex, only tickling. 🙂
The similar contract has signed Q52 too. Therefore cyborg-commando could tickle her. 🙂
