What other time in history besides now would you liked to have lived in and why ?

Elizabethan times. Then I could wear those cool ruffs with the pantaloons and the buckle shoes and everything.

None apart from this one. A lot of periods of history look good through retrospective eyes, and we don't see all the problems and sufferings that existed in those eras.

Also, if I lived in those times, I wouldn't be 'me' as I would have had different formative experiences.

But if we are talking hypothetically and for fun... I would have liked to have gone back to some time in Bronze Age Europe and the Near East. Just so I could see the first seeds of modern human culture being planted.

app. 33 AD, so I could be their when the Apostles were starting out

this is a tough one. for the hollywood brother he wishes he could be back i nthe seventies and the eighties in wildwood new jersey. now granted the hollywood brother was there back then but as al ittle child, you do not apprecaite all the great things in a small shore town until you are older and they all have been accidently burned or torched or demolished for condos in the name of the future and the name of progress

I don't want to live in any other time in history, because most of the time, women had been oppressed by men and they didn't have the same human rights.

As a History undergrad, I would argue that what is important is not the period of history but the position from which you hold in that society - be it Ancient Greece or Contemporary Post-Modernism (ie. the present!!). Wealth, Status, Power... three universal qualities throughout three-thousand years of documented history. If you have these things, then I would argue that the time period is irrelivant.
