It seems the 'most viewed' or 'best rated' videos on youtube aren't a fair representation of some of the genuine gold on that Youboob. I use Youtube over other media sharing websites because I am a popularity ***** and everyone knows the Youtube name.

It is impossible to nail down just one thing. That is why I have a favorites list. I honestly don't care for what others deem popular. Though there are a few gems that don't involve movies that I liked, music videos, general interests that I enjoy. I like the Collegehumor stuff (Minesweeper / Powerthirst) , Marvel vs. DC series, Ranma 1/2 Character Profiles, You're a Bastard Mr. Moose is fun. And crazy cat videos. Amongst other things.

they're no longer available except by invite, but some guy in Alabama took one of those animatronic displays that they used to have in ShowBiz Pizza (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Rock-afire_Explosion), and customized it with different songs and programming, and then showed it on YT. My favorite was early 80's hit Der Kommissar, but the more recent Ms New Booty was also a good one. Wish those were still available.

Such gems -- I can't wait to see what's next. I look for obscure things like music videos while others look for the obvious like Nicholas Cage in a bear suit, a bunch of performing animatronics, and genital hygiene. Thank you all for showing me what's really out there. I've enjoyed them all.

Yes, I'm one of those nerdy guys who finds this absolutely hilarious. It helps that for the longest time, the author passed this story off as a legitimate fanfiction (Which ultimately made it even MORE funny), before revealing that all along it was his humorous parody of the fanfiction community as a whole.
