I'm always amazed by what some people consider ticklish, or super ticklish or any of a number of adjectives. Don't get Me wrong, to each their own. But for My tastes and money Tickle Abuse is at the top of the food chain. The models are all genuinely ticklish and most to an amazing degree. As a Dominant ler and primarily a foot tickler who loves panicked, thrashing screamers and pleaders TA never fails to be the cream that rises to the top.
 
Rats. This could have been a genuinely intriguing discussion of exactly what each of us considers to be tickling instead of merely an endorsement for one of the numerous clips-fer-sale franchises. But, since we're taking it in this direction instead, I'll yet again nominate the cruel bastards over at hogtied.com for the award. No thrashing(`cause they're bound too tightly) and no screeching(gags take care of that), but if it's genuine, un-faked reactions you want? Look no further.
 
An inability to remain still while various topical applications of stimuli are applied to the skin and / or deep muscle massage. A general flushing of the cheeks and accompanied quickening of breath is desired. A feint glistening of sweat after continued ministrations of the stimuli is also nice. Laughter is not always necessary. I want the uncontrolled squirming and twitching. A cute laugh though is a plus.

Perhaps I should qualify My original post by adding some clarification based on Rick Tibbler's observation. This was not intended to be "merely an endorsement" of any site per se. I singled out TA because their offerings portray ticklees that most align with the kind of lees I enjoy the most...very animated, genuinely ticklish, superb reactions for the most part and an emphasis on foot tickling. I hope this clarifies My motive just a bit.
 
When the lee feels the tickling before the Ler even touches her.

Also, when someone can't even say or hear the word without getting tingly or jumpy.

I agree with that. What do you think of this girl's ticklishness? She laughed for a full minute before I ever touched her...and just saying that you were going to tickle her made her wiggle and laugh.

I've seen some Tickle Abuse stuff, and it is great. But I can't say it better than FeatherDaemon, I must admit.

Now that does sound familiar lol I do that and I love it.....the tickling then seems like a bonus. Haha.

Aahh yes, ticklish takes a human form in the lovely lady above me 😉
 
FeatherDaemon nailed it. In addition to the sqirming/laughing, I would also add the lee's inability to talk/answer questions in a calm, coherent manner, with no stammer, no stutter, no wild changes in voice pitch. Someone that is not ticklish would be able to sit completely still and carry on a calm conversation while being "tickled", ie massaged.
 
I agree with GEORGIATKLER AND FeatherDaemon. That definitely sums up my idea of ticklishness.
 
Frantic/desperate

For me there is a combination of excitement and fear of tickling that is perfect for me as a tickler. When the ticklee gasps and trembles and gets a little catch in their voice as they laugh and beg for it to stop, I'm in heaven.
As examples (not to promote, just to illustrate), there are points in the following videos that perfectly capture this level of desperation:
