That vid was released by Harmony around 1986 (?) - think it may still be available, google them - thay have a website. It was BF-18 "Ticklish Interrogation" and was the first tickle video I ever owned. The brunette is Linda Knight. The blonde (who I alwasy thought was the best looking woman to ever do this type work) worked under the name of "Olivia Chase" for Harmony; "Gina Carrera" for most other companies. her actual name is Julie Winchester and beleive it or not she is still radioactive hot and doing fetish type work some 20 years later.
