I have noticed this on (alsmost) every site I visit, including the TMF, but it's especially noticable on extremetickling.com:
I'll download a video file and my computer will automatically start the download. Then it will end up *somewhere* on my computer, and I have to go hunt down where it went. In other words, I'm not asked "where would you like this download to go?", I just click on 'ticklish avi file 1' (for example) and the download begins- the clip ending up usually in some temporary contents folder, but then I have to go find THAT with my Find feature (rm, mpgs, mov and so on are the worst becuase they take so long to download and then end up somehow being the most hidden within the guts of my computer). These clips don't eve end up in the same Temporary file. I'm sure I could set the preferences somehow to download everything into one specifed file, but I don't know how as I'm not good with computers. All the clips my Windows Media Player, Quicktime and Real Media play end up going to some different place nd then I gotta go find them. AFTER I find them I have no problem pulling them into a specifc folder I've made for these clips, but until I get to that point it's a hassle. How can I make this easier?
