It's not there. Hmmm i don't see it anywhere by the bottom of my screen name :weird: everyone else has a Report Bad Post Icon i see. I must be special

You don't have one because you cannot report your own posts. Its the same for me and everyone when viewing their own posts.

On the matter of reporting posts, I'd like to point out that its an UNDER-used feature. No one should like having to use it or be afraid to or ashamed if its warranted, but its an essential tool that more people need to utilize.

If more people report posts it makes it easier for moderators to respond to them more readily rather than them having to comb through each thread (something that should be done often anyway).

The only problem with reporting is that there is a potential abuse of it, but since reports require an explaination for the report, it makes it possible for moderators to better percieve a situation and perhaps see the report as legitimate.

Yes, god knows how many times you've reported me, you little ****-*******.

Yeah, and you deserved every single one of them just like you would your post here if I chosen to report it before I saw the editting done by Ness. They were all and are all legitimate. I'm not out to get you, its the other way around apparently, so what do you expect? You deserve what you give.

If you don't want these bad marks on your record, you need to restrain yourself from at least public excess a bit more and know when to shut your mouth and say nothing at all. Its really as simple as that.

I agree. Being able to document an abuse report helps a moderator justify deleting or editing a post if it's a borderline case. It's also helpful in drawing attention to a bad post that is inconspicuous because of its location.

Exactly. Even as we speak there are posts I could report, but I'd like to assume this issue can be settled tonight or before Christmas. 🙂
