where is the rock?

lately i have noticed a bad trend in the music industry. there is not any hard rock, heavy metal or any rock anymore. when is the judas preist reunion tour coming to america? when is axl and slash going to reunite? when is anyone goign to pick up a guitar, grow there hair long and kick our asses again.


i should not have to listen to vh-1 classic to get my metal health in check every day.

Trends, my friend, trends. At the moment, the trend for the all-powerful teens and 20ish peoples who seem to decide to course of music is directed squarely on Rap and Hip Hop. Not too long ago, its target was Rock. Eventually, the tide will turn, as the fickle young adults look to a new sound for their "rebellious" moods. Then, when it becomes too mainstream, change will occur again. Just wait for it.

rock hasn't gone anywhere, your looking in the wrong places. on mtv 2 they have a new version of headbangers ball which is an hour and a half of just heavy music,and on fuse there is a show called uranium which is only heavy music. don't watch mtv or turn on regular radio stations cause your just going to hear rap.
