Not in public--it is intimate behavior for me. That gets it to the first four choices.
The bathroom is clearly not where you want to interrupt what you (or your loved one) went there to do. The kitchen is not likely to be a good place, either. Too many sharp objects and hard surfaces.
The only reasonable choices to me are the first two; I opted for the living room as a good place to start.

I went for the park. Beach was a very close second, but I get a real thrill out of the idea of tickling a girl in a public place. I think it'd be real fun. I did tickle a girl at a hotel poolside once and also while we were playing pool. (Not the same girl.) That was the closest I got so far.
