Where was this clip from?

Hmm judging by the actors, film grain and the fact that the ticklee is wearing both lipstick and red nail polish I'd have to say the clip is from Tickle Paradise around the 90's era
 
I remember this from youtube. It was titled "Vintage Tickling." The girl was being tickled by her friend who wanted to know where she hid the keys. If that helps...
 
The clip is from FM Concepts. It is titled "Tickle Trauma" (FC-25). This is Brooke Evans tickling Noel Paget. The "revenge" segment is on the same video.
