I think it's a bit unfair to say that Miss Jones has completely dropped beng Welsch. She still has her accent, I heard it in her Oscar speech and multiple interviews of late. As for those T-Mobile commercials, I believe she was asked to use a generic American accent, probably for some silly "relatable" reason, or just so men wouldn't pass out from the sexiness and miss the point of the ads. Being good at dialect doesn't make you disloyal to your home. Mwah!
