There are lots of complaints about the tools used to split clips for the theater. I would like to know which tool I should use to post clips for you all.

That's true. More complains for hacha though. Anyway even if you post for example in rar some will ask a repost in another format cause they have problems. I used hacha but the most known comment for hacha is :" it's not in english". And for your poll answers ( the last one ) a forum has been created especially for those so i think it'll be better to keep it as there is much more vids above 2 mb.
I find rar - hacha - hjsplit way easy to use so i can't answer your poll 🙄

I like any tool to split files, i never have had troubles using any of them, but i can't to use winrar, because i haven't that application installed and my free space of hard disk is under allowed by windows xp pro, so i'll can to install any new application (big or small). So, if anybody use winrar, i'd prefer than post autoextractable pack, so anyone without winrar can to get the clip. Any method than you use ever will be complainers, them (the majority) only want click and play, for many of them is too much "hard" to do some extra steps for to get an excellent clip (i would do any extra steps for to get a good clip, include in russian, polish, arabian, chinese or any language), if i don't uderstand any word/option of splitter program i only ask a question and try over and over, until i get that.

Personally, all of them work without any issues for me. The language barrier was never a problem for me (Although I do know snippets of Spanish). If I can't read something, such as when I browse sites in Japanese (Quite often), trial and error seems to work just fine. All get the thumbs up from me. :happy:

Like the folks in the comments above this one, I also have no problem using Hacha, HJSplit or WinRar. I only prefer HJSplit for one simple reason: Brand Loyalty. I’ve been using it for so long, I loath giving it up.

Lately, though, I’ve been experimenting with WinRar self-extracting files (although some users still have problems following step-by-step instructions). :happy: I’m trying my upmost to be flexible and find the best fit between uploading and ease of use.

My advice is to simply use whatever works for you. There are enough posts on this board that cover instructions for all three programs.

Hacha, because it's educational. You learn Spanish from it.

pegar = to lime together
cortar = to cut
Se ha recreado el archivo original. = The original file has been put together.

😛

And with others you learn English eh ?? 😉

hacha = axe
dejar = to quit

It should be great to have hacha in the main European languages used on this board. 😛 In Dutch that would be "bijl" (pretty weird name though, lets keep it with "hacha" 😛)

SheDevil would certainly love that. Maybe she'll start a thread about it one day she'll be in her greatest mood.

Also would I like to add that it would be better with the option "I'm fine either way" added to it. Because many don't have a preference. Neither do I, above was some of my silly jokes, for I have a low sense of humour.

Wow, a pretty smart member !, because for him the language isn't a barrier, but a way to get close. Congrats for your opened mind, i'd wish than many others members think like you. Gracias amigo = Thanks you friend.

I believe there are people in our comunity as in all the world that is frozed by any little hard situation, and there are people that would't learn anything new, so I only want to stand "I can use any software If I take my time before to learn it".

Mucho gracias mi amigo. Pero, sin embargo, no hablo bien español de yo mismo (porque no estoy aprendiendo de su idioma rica). Or something like that 😛.

I do speak French, German (though not too well) and Dutch though for these languages are important in our parts. Spanish is often taken at college or university because it's a world language as English, but it's only of importance when working outside of Belgium. I personally think many people from the US don't seem to care about the language of the programme as well, it's only the complainers you get to hear. Because whenever I read the complaints even I don't react. It's stupid though that you can't reason using hacha, it's the most basic Spanish where no one needs a basic in the language. Se ha Recreado (se => reflexive pronoun third person (Germans and Dutch also know those, but I guess it's typical Latin to use it for 25% of their verbs or so), ha => auxilary for the perfect of recrear, re- => again, crear => create).

You just notice simularities with other Indo-European languages in it, it's not like conversating in spoken Spanish or reading it in a conversation. Also in Wallonia people have taken a lot of Spanish words in their vocabulary even though I don't speak Walloon, I know that, it's because if it being a Spanish colony before. It funny though some sort of espaniasized French is it (only for some words it's not too much or so 😛)

I also know of one Spanish word taken in our Dutch which our counterparts in the Netherlands don't understand. 'goesting' meaning the same as 'gusta'. It dates (but I'm not sure) from the end of the 16th and the 17th century when the Spanish ruled here.

Only in one thread, my dear Alf. Sometimes there are controverses that develop from time to time. 😉 It was also a discussion with only one person and antoher who didn't agree with me but didn't care for the discussion as well. It's because I didn't believe in a multi-cultural society if the native culture most bend to the some other cultures instead of vice versa. I have even seen muslim women walking in a burka on the streets of Antwerp (while of course still rare). I think it's not to be accepted in a free nation as Belgium, they even dare calling it a model state. Been also attacked twice by people from cultures I ain't telling which, just because I'm white, still is it only in city hoods.

If I move to another nation I try to learn the language and try to respect the native culture. But really many immigrants do that here as well, except for some groups living in ghetto's, they need to make our intigration policies stricter. Because now you can vote without having a Belgian, even European pasport for the European elections. For other election you as a Polish can even vote now if you live here for 5 years or so, still don't I see that as a problem though. Because the cultural problems start with religion, so fellow Europeans are hardly a problem.

That's why I seem fascist in some people's eyes. Even though I didn't vote Vlaams Blok back then, but VLD (liberals). Now I finally vote Vlaams Blok, but for political reasons, because I believe we should seperate from Belgium and become a republic. We differ too much politically with the Walloons, who I still respect as a culture, not for their politics.

That goes to show open or closed mindedness is all relative to the place we live in...

Go and tell the average american Northern Italians usually dislike Southern Italians and vice versa...

They'd be surprised to know Italy is big enough to have a North and South part.

...

Back to topic: HJSplit. It used to be so simple it only required a dos batch file to rejoin splits.

But I have no problems with any tool, as long as I can reasonably make a sense out of the commands.

Reg's.

Give a break at this friend alf, i don't know in which thread that happened, but a person ready to learn new languages, and new ways to do things, definitively is more open than those who don't. Witproduct your spanish is good, no perfect, but understanable. I have reason, you're pretty smart, your knowledge in spanish and another languages is impressive to me !!, i hope that we'll be good friends !! :happy::happy::happy::happy::happy:.

I was joking Cosquillero relax amigo 😉

And that's why I reacted softly in return. Alf rarely gets serious on these boards(quite like Alf on that TV-show, do you know him? Alf the alien?) Still do I respect that, for it's the best way to get out of discords. For boards meant only for sharing our ideas about our (growing, one girl once asked me to tickle her one day because she discovered it made her horny!) tickling festish it's quite essential. For myself on another thread was it kind of a bad idea to start that a political topic out of a reaction to a clip. Stay low, and watch this community grow, I'd say.

Of course is it okay to differ in opinion, that along with respect to each one another. No one is perfect, we should learn from each other. I bit a pity that even I notice myself being stuborn as well as others, just to have to honour having it on the right end in an endless discussion. I find that rather regrettable on a forum about our phantasies which aren't generally accepted, it that point are we able to stay low, at the least.

I've heard there is an English version of Hacha now. I don't like WinRar at all, so the other two are fine with me.

I love hjsplit I've never used winrar and i have gotten hacha to work once! I'm taking spanish anyway so i don't need it to help me.
