Who is the most Evil

So I was wondering, via a female or males opinion which girls are the most evil? Is it the blondes? Brunettes? Dark hair? Multicolored hair? Does the hair make a different or make a person more evil or less evil? Does it give them a different personality when it comes to tickling? I've noticed in my own eyes different in girls personalities when ti comes to lering or leeing. What do any of your guys or gals think? Does a person's hair reflect differently on how they lee or ler?
