As for your question, nessie, by examining the drawing style, the characters and the lightning, i can say for sure that HDS's pic is from a website of some sort.

Ness, Ness, I was just sarcastic in my own way. I'll now quote my friend who described me best with this phrase:
"Duke is the kind of guy who will always point out the obvious information in answer to your question, but that information won't be of any use to you!! If you asked him what the time is, he'll say: 'It's between 0 and 24.'!!!!"
So, what i meant was, he got it from a website. That's for sure and obvious. The details i do not know, so i helped with that little knowledge i had. Also, my sarcasm just forced me into it.

As from the second thing: Maybe the artist was inspired by her, or it is from the artist that drew her.
