Those feet belong to a woman named 'Nina' alias, 'Nibbles' on the now no-longer-updated site "The Rock's Page"(**).

Not only does her husband do great camera work, Nina has some of the best feet I've ever seen. Oh, and at one time, they were selling tickling videos with Nina as the 'lee and 'ler; she is also very ticklish.
