I cannot post anymore as sexygamedesigns. I've had to create a new login. Can someone help me? I have emailed tickletheater but no reply.

I am on holiday for 2 weeks but will check when I come back.

best wishes

HDS, if my case is typical, a lot of TT confirmation letters are being marked "no sender, no domain" and ending up in spam folders. I joined TT in November, but never thought to check the folder and so didn't become activated. I straightened this out only last week. A few days ago, a guy over at TMF was complaining of similar troubles with TT. A bunch of us were finally able to talk him through it. If this is indeed a wide-spread problem, is there any way to address it for registering members (possibly in the FAQ or the registration page)? I think it might prevent a lot of headaches.

Well, TT can change the validation method to none, eliminating email verification, but I think he likes it this way. The email itself cannot really be changed, it simply registers as spam because it is like spam: sent out by software (vbulletin), sometimes in great quantities; appearing to have no real sender (Although it SHOULD); and, especially if you are behind the spam blocker of a large corporation or ISP, says the same thing as countless other emails, a typical sign of spam.

Only TT can change this.

My only thought was that TT might provide a warning to new subscribers to check their spam folders up front. If this wording does exist, I missed it the first time.

I personally believe everyone should check their Spam folders at least once every few days. No filter is perfect; all mistake good emails for bad sometimes. However, that is a good idea, that it is.

Sorted now. I used an old bt email address which doesnt have any filter on it.

I will try to use my real and main email address when I have a spare minute. I wasnt aware of having spam settings and will look into this.

best regards
