Why is The Laughing Gas Zone so slow?

I sent in my "donation" four days ago and still no response. The website says that the e-mail/username isn't immediate, but four days? Is this normal? I even e-mailed and asked what the delay was and got blown off.
With the digital age and all, you'd think a better system would be in place. Anyone else having this problem?

I'd suggest being patient. This is not a "rip-off" site like some others. It seems like it's just one person running it, and it probably takes them a while to get to everything. Just my opinion, I have no affiliation with the site, other than being a member.
