My wife was trying to come into chat & it came up as Duplicate log-ins on same ip address not allowed. Is there a way to fix that?
 
No there is not.

The room is designed to prevent multiple log ons from the same location to prevent certain forms of user hijinks. I'm sorry that both of you cannot log in at once.
