Wild Kingdom host Jim Fowler dies at 89.

Some of us here are old enough to remember the original Wild Kingdom which began its long run in 1963 with Marlin Perkins as host. Ah, memories. RIP Mr. Fowler.

Pretty sure it was Sunday's and for me as a kid, it was must see TV - "Mutual of Omaha, the people that pay, presents Mutual of Omaha's Wild Kingdom!"

Although I was a little young, I do remember Wild Kingdom. It was on at 6:00PM on Sunday night for me and was paired with the Wonderful World of Disney.
