Seems a little harsh, but then again, we have plenty of idiotic drivers in the UK, so I wonder whether it might be used over here as well!

Considering it's Cleveland, I say she got off pretty light! I wonder who the judge is that sentenced her? Perfect sentence because she is an idiot for driving on the sidewalk.....someone could've gotten hurt!

That's hilarious! 😀 I wouldn't have thought someone would leave court with such a sentence though. What she did was really reckless and standing out there will probably remind her not to do such things again. I could imagine that people get back to their usual driving behaviour after they got back their license and are done with paying the sentenced money penalty, without actually learning from their mistakes.
