Were the gloves fingerless and did the woman wearing them have long, full, red hair? If so, it could be Priscilla James (Tickler).

I also remember a spread in a Tickling Magazine (jeeze, remember them?) where a Blonde woman (wearing long, silver gloves) was tickling another womans feet.
