Woman Tortured with Feather

This is taken from a VCR tape from the 90's. I think the company was London Video, but can't swear to it.
They were a pioneer company and put out a number of Video's like this. I don't know if they are still around or not, but you can still find some clips around.
 
The tickler in the headpiece is Alexis Payne. The other is Sharon Kane, late in her career. That might help narrow it down.
