It's actually a PhotoShop style tutorial, but thank you anyway, I appreciate your effort.

But still, I've decided there's only one way to work around this situation: Practice. I think it's time I tried working on drawing eyes instead of faces. With all the books I have, I'm hoping I can eventually unlock my own drawing style.
