If I met the girl of my dreams, and I mean a woman who is absolutely, 100% perfect in every concievable way, I could give up tickling.

This is a very very tough question. For me, if I met someone who was absolutely perfect in every other way, and she postively hated to be tickled, and just refused to have me tickle her, I probably could, reluctantly. One thing I could not give up though is foot worship and foot kissing etc. If she refused to let me pay attention to her feet at all, I dont see myself being with her no matter how perfect she was. I think this indicates that my foot fetish may even be stronger than the tickle fetish.
