Would you or wouldn't you and for how long?

Well, the question is probably a no brainer but the second half of the response is what I am more curious about.

If you were given the chance to tie and tickle torture someone for as long as you desired, having NO limitations whatsoever set upon you, would you take that opportunity?
IF yes, how long would you tickle your helpless victim?
