would you tickle someone who was hypnotized to be ticklish?

If a complete non-ticklish person was hypnotized into being very ticklish, would you still tickle them? Why or why not?

I just wish the hell it was actually possible. I have the subject ready and totally willing but she does not beleive it is possible, I have not seen any proof it would really work either.
BUT if it did hell yeah I would.

I believe if you went to a professional it could be accomplished. Many behaviors can be made to manifest that way...might take time to implant the right trigger phrases but eventually I'd say you could switch them into "helpless tickle mode".

Hard to believe we have no hypnotists among a group this large.

I used to "play with" hypnosis many years ago (as sort of an "adjunct" to my interests in magic/prestidigitation and psychology), but this specific subject never came up then and I don't have any supposedly non-ticklish subjects handy to test the question on now. Sorry. 😉

Edit: Otherwise, I'll just say that, as hypnosis is based largely on what's commonly referred to as "the power of suggestion" and I believe "ticklishness" normally includes a strong element of "suggestion" in addition to any actual physical sensation involved, I don't doubt that in theory it could be used to increase a person's "ticklishness", although, as with most other things, as we vary in our "suggestibility", the extent, or "degree", of any such effect would likely vary from one person to another.

Find a willing subject, preferably of the female persuasion, in the southwest Michigan area (or willing to travel there) who claims not to be ticklish and I'll do my best to test the hypothesis. 😉
