WoW 3.1?

Anyone have any idea when this goes live? I don't have the patience to try and hunt down the info myself.

What I have heard about the patch is that all tenacity pets for hunters will have Thunderstomp, which I'm looking forward to. Since I solo 98% of the time, gorillas make the best pets with that AOE skill of theirs, in my opinion. But if all the tank pets can get it, I may find myself going back to a boar (Thunderstomp + Charge/Gore = total devastation). Although, a bear may be a good way to go as well, what with their swipe skill. Anyone else have thoughts on this?

And any other important knowledge about upcoming changes in the new update? Feel free to post info, comments, questions and opinions here.

My main, a holy paladin, is being nerfed so badly in PvP, and moderately in PvE. I'm kinda bummed out, but eh.

Finally Druid tanks are gonna get a much needed boost! Now maybe we can be better then Dk tanks finally, so tired of being on the bottom of the tank feeding order >.<

I just read thru all the changes and I have to say...it looks pretty bad-ass from my standpoint as a hunter. I also like the duel spec, since I can never fully settle on one talent tree or the other.

the good players will adapt to the changes, the bad ones will reroll, i'm going to have to change a couple things in my spec if i still want to tank as blood spec with my death knight, may end up changing to unholy. My warrior got some good changes with ths patch, may start working on Elise 3 soon.

I just downloaded patch 3.1.0.0., but... um... now all the servers are missing. All my characters are gone except for like one server that I was on 4 years ago. Hopefully this is just a patch-day-glitch, and not Blizzard nerfing character accounts.

I hate patch day! Changes look interesting - some good, some bad - hard to say til we get into ulduar and put the specs thru their paces though.

Hopefully no one woke up early, or is waking up in like a half hour to get ready and play the game since it's going down again in an hour for urgent maintenance. They say it's estimated at a 2 hour downtime, but you should always expect longer.

Well it was LAME waiting to play 3.1 until 10pm my time when the damn server finally went up, only to deal with lag and shit. lol...

And a funny glitch I found out was, (not sure if it happened on all servers) that before one of the bosses in Ulduar the trash was unkillable 🙂 I'm really curious how long it took those players to figure that out before they gave up, and how much their wipe bill was... They should just stick their head in the mircowave :microsmiley: (I really just saw that smiley and really wanted to use it... hehe)
