Has anyone been checking out alt. multimedia tickling newsgroup lately. Dodger is sure ripping Jeff and TMF a new one. I think he's also posting a lot of Jeff's clips on Kazza.

This has been discussed several times, and it always ends when I have to re-remind people that the site owner has the right to do pretty much whatever they like with their site since they own it.

It's not a public domain, it's personal property... Just like if you were in someone's home, they can always kick you out even if you weren't saying anything at.

Although, if you know where to look, which I do. Clips from Jeff's producer and other companies are being issued illegally.

Can anything be done about this?

I quite agree. People also have the right to react and respond to the behavior of others, whether it's in their "own home" or not.

Quite wrong, if someone removes you from their "home" then you cannot just bust back in because you feel you have the right to react or respond...

Yes I suppose you could, but if it were me I would learn to move on and just drop it already because the ban will never be reversed.

I don't know dodger, but I know he is not you and I don't know if he wants his band reversed. I don't know what he even did to get banned. I just read his posts on a non-censoring forum and found them interesting and accurate in some cases.

Well if someone is making all that noise just to make someone mad it's pretty petty if you ask me. Anyways, I'm done with this topic as it has nothing to do with this site. I now remain neutral, and hope it stays that way. Keep in mind this isn't an invitation to post Jeff's paid member material here...

Well with due respect it appears that Dodger is not you so please understand that he has his own way of dealing with this situation. I suppose until you've been banned from a forum and then have a nasty note written about you at the top of the forum you'd see things differently. I for one am rooting for Dodger here. I think what he's doing is setting a precedent. 🙂
