help, i have a friend that thinks her feet are nasty and one day we were talking and she kicked her shoes off and wiggled her toes at me thinking id be grossed out. problem is they were sexy and i couldn't stop staring. and sometimes she threatens me with her feet also cause she thinks I hate them. My question is should I ever ask to see and rub her feet or should I keep my mouth shut and feel lucky when she puts her feet near me?

I don't think you should be that bold at first. Perhaps reassuring her that her feet are not nasty will suffice. If she continues to insist that they are nasty, offer to prove that to you they are not, and then do as you say.
Although, you never know. She may be playing you and knows her feet aren't nasty and just wants to see what you'll do. She may be testing you. Just remember that. For all you know, she wants you to pay attention to her feet but is too embarassed to ask directly, so is moving you along in this way to get the eventuality of her feet being rubbed by you.
This may seem unlikely to you, but its definitely possible, despite how well you know her.
