I see some ninjas are invading the girl's house but were distracted by the breakfast buffet. The cartoon is Jackie Chan Adventures which I only know because I catch the tail end of it sometimes when I turn Adult Swim on.

I saw the episode, in it she gains control of these shadow ninja guys and one of them is painting her toe nails....the rest are hand feeding her breakfast.....

Actually this was an excellent episode as far as the foot scenes were concerned, she was barefoot for a large majority of it, and as it was on her ankle there were lots of close ups.

No, I know...it came on right before it so when I turned Adult Swim on I sometimes was a few minutes early.
