www.femfeet.co.uk membership problem

Hi, I became a member of www.femfeet.co.uk recently. After some time, I tried to enter the site, but it said I shared my password so my membership is over(which is completely wrong). Then I emailed them, and they reopened my membership. But two days later the same thing happened. I emailed them again and wanted a new password. They sent it but after two days, I couldn't enter again. I emailed them twice, waited for four days for an answer and now I am writing this. I didn't share my password and it is a small possibility that it is stolen from my computer because I have firewall and anti virus. The problem is that they chose the password and username, which are just numbers that can be easily found with password combination programs. As a result, I can't enter the site although I paid for it, and they even don't answer my mails. This is not my first membership to a website, but the first time I face something like this.
