yahoo groups question

anytime i try to access a yahoo group it says age restricted but ive done it all the time now when i try to get past the menu it pops up again. this all started when i had to reset up my computer again. thanx in advance

Encoding....yahoo uses cookies to keep people honest AFA the areas they visit. Most likely, what's happened is that, when you reset your computer, you wiped out the old cookies. What you need to do is make sure that you have cookies unblocked for yahoo. Then, sign in again and you should be okay. Yahoo DOES have problems at times. But, that will usually solve the one you're facing.

On Win98 you can typically find them in c:\windows\temporaryinternetfiles\cookies (i think)

On NT/2K/XP you should be able to find them in c:\Doccument and Settings\(the name you log onto windows with when you start up your computer)\Cookies
