One of the oldest and most instructive improvisation games is an exercise called "Yes, and..."
In these scene, a group of actors must work on agreement, so every sentence must start with "Yes, and..." This helps them always focus on continuing to build the scene, rather than taking it down with a 'no'.
As the Silly Stuff Forum is, essentially, a continual improvisation, I thought it fun to start the game. I'll even go ahead and do the first two sentences, so you can see what it's like.
