i miss the old days of AOL chatrooms....if there was nothing going on you could bounce over to another one....hundreds of them....every time i go in this one either nobodys saying a damn thing or it kicks me out...usually just nobody says anything cause their to busy pm'ing....this one is bullshit....meh....im getting to old...im starting to reminisce about the old days...but damn i wish i had them back

Sometimes the chatroom is quiet. Sometimes it is very busy and there are many
people chatting. It ebbs and flows. I'm not sure what you hoped to accomplish with
this thread bitching about a free chatroom, but I don't think it will win you friends.
If you don't like the chatroom, simply don't use it. It exists because there are other
people who do.

Ok. To be fair, I'm in there pretty often, and I can't remember seeing your screen name ever in my life. Not calling you a liar, but you maybe formed your opinion a little prematurely. For instance, it's probably not gonna be hoppin with cyber tickle orgy action on a random Tuesday afternoon lol. Either way, I can't really see getting that heated about it lol. There are like 3 other sites with chatrooms you can try and really, who gives a shit? lol

No worries, I think it came across a little differently than you intended, but we're on the same page now.

I've found that when it's quiet and no one's talking, complaining about how it's quiet and no one's talking is not the best conversation starter lol. I'm not saying you're doing that here, but it happens a lot in the chatroom and I'm always thinking "wtf... I'm sure people are gonna be suddenly inspired to gab after that statement" lol

Best you can do, is try to start a conversation yourself, about really anything within reason, and hope people catch on. If that doesn't work, it's probably just one of those times in chat where people are not paying attention or something.

I wonder if the size / population of the tmf might negatively affect that though. I'm sure having a video chat would attract a lot more people to the room than use it now. At any rate, that would be pretty cool. I'm sure it'll happen eventually lol.

That's why I would like to hold off until it's kosher. There is a million problems that could stem from it.

Of course, I'm from saskatchewan and our little premier who runs it decided to give our province's personal info to the entire world, so I'm not too worried on my end...Heh.
