Yup, I believe Tickle Abuse started out as part of a general porn network called dirtydeesdollars; which contains/ed TashaTame.com, FootScrew.com, MyBigStraightCock.com and a few others. Tommy and the models used to wear t-shirts with their logo on it in the very early clips, the site in the previous link said all of the network content was produced in-house; so I'd guess he might have been the co-/owner 😀
