I've used ZoneAlarm for ages, but now it didn't let me connect to the internet and made my cpu 100% all the time, so I changed to Comodo (which I'll test after reboot) and I've used Avira Antivir before, but I then tried Avast and seem to like it even more (I have a yummy vista WMP skin in it too! 😉 )
Then I seldom run Ad-aware, but don't know what good is in it... Used to use Spybot, but found it slow and it complainted about my automatic updates not being on (I prefer choosing the updates myself)

So... what's your story and weapons of choice? 😛
Oh and I'm installing Ubuntu 8.10 Linux soon, so won't be needing security software that much anymore. I'll keep vista for dualboot just in case... 😉

AV: Avast. Use to use AVG but later version have been so bloated. Avira is good too but doesn't quite cover all the bases Avast does.
Firewall: Currently using Comodo. It complains a lot about everything but it's good. Online Armor is also very good.
AS: I've ditched Spybot and Ad-aware. AA was never that great anyway. Spybot has an outdated scanning engine. SuperAntiSpyware and Malware Bytes are the best ones now. I also use Spyware Blaster for immunization and CCleaner for cleanup.
Browser: Firefox with AdBlock Plus and NoScript to keep the bad stuff out to begin with.
