Who cares what someone looks like, the profile says 26. I know plenty of people who still get carded at the bar because they look young, but in realty they are late 20's. It happens.

I've worked with hundreds of girls in this age range, and I've seen a lot of deceptively young-looking ones. If you look at their eyes, and the set of their mouth, and listen to the pitch of their voices, you get a much clearer picture of their actual age. I'm a pretty good judge of this sort of thing, and I'm not at all convinced that these girls look underage. To me the girls look in their early 20's, and one of them claims to be 26.

We recently had a picture ( http://www.ticklingforum.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=42984 )that everyone was sure was a minor, a barefoot girl peeking out of the shower, and I could tell by her eyes that she wasn't. So I started scanning the picture for proof and finally I noticed that she was wearing a wedding ring.


My point is that it's easy to judge hastily, and some girls look a LOT younger than they are, and we don't want the TMF to become a place where you can't post pictures of cute, young-but-legal girls because they look "too young"

Jeff you are probably 100% right, but you are missing the point.

It is not a case of how old someone of your expertise judges anyone featured on this forum to be. Instead it is a case of how old someone with no expertise, but who could cause big problems for this forum, judges them to be.

No it's not.

As rchello pointed out above, there is no sexual activity on this clip at all. It's one fully clothed girl tickling another fully clothed girl. Even if they were in fact minors there would be nothing that comes within a milion miles of being illegal about it. We choose not to have minors on the TMF for what are essentially moral reasons, because it's an adult forum, but there is no legal issue.

I am inclined to believe that they are of age just based on the fact that the furniture looks REALLY dorm roomish. Reguardless, cute clip, nice find.

Obviously I am not going to win an argument against you Jeff. All I will say is that:

1) There is an ongoing problem at YOUTUBE where Tickling material which we could consider mainstream and non fetish, gets routinely deleted, because of how other people view it.

2) Context is everything. Thus the fact that there is no sexual activity in this clip, would not be taken into account if someone incorrectly identifies them as minors, purely because of the (non innocent) forum it is found in. (i.e It is not illegal to give my young niece an innocent kiss on the cheek. However if I do so when she is in the shower, then the context has changed, and will be viewed in a different light).

Simply put, too many people are too reactionary about too many things. Censoring a harmless clip is just a distraction from the things that really matter in this world.
