zip size?

Hi there,

Completely random question...

I'd like to post a couple zip files of my Tickling in Space series (100+ separate illustrations), and was wondering what the forums limits are on the size for a zip, cause they're still pretty darn big.

Like 18 - 19 megs.

I don't rea;;y need to get the zip file down to 400k do I?

If you click on the "Manage Attachments" button while in the post composition screen (by scrolling down to the "Additional Options"), the attachment management popup window shows the maximum size for each permissible file type. For .zip type files the limit shown is 4.86 MB, which of course is quite a bit larger than 400k. So if you have a total of 18-19MB to attach, you should be able to do it with 4 or 5 .zip file attachments.

Edit: I hope you mean a total of 18-19MB, not 18-19MB per picture???
