I was in a public restroom recently, and happened to notice that a one dollar bill was sitting behind the toilet. For about a third of a second, I contemplated taking it, only to laugh at myself and get the hell out of there.
Which begs the question... Is there an amount of money that you could find in such a place that would prompt you to take it? If so, how far are you willing to go? On the inside of the bowl? In the water?
