Have you ever sneezed so hard you wind up sore afterwards? When I have a particularly violent sneeze, I wind up aching in my shoulders or back. Why is that? I don't recall thrashing violently, or bending over backwards mid-sneeze.
My sneezes are also really loud. One time, I was at a grocery store buying produce, and I sneezed. I heard someone say "Bless You" from the frozen section.
