This Sunday will be nine years since my beloved mother left me to join our dearly departed family members in Heaven.
I can't believe its been that long, or how much has happened to me since then.
As I posted, I got my first Covid Vaccine this past Tuesday.
I did not so much have any reaction to it, as much as I've been very tired since receiving the vaccine.
Hopefully that will wear off soon.
I've never quite figured out why April 4 is any different than any other day.
My mom is gone, 365 days a year, for nine years.
Yet April 4, the anniversary of her passing, just seems to hurt a bit more than all the other days. (Along with Mother's Day of course)
I'm sure I will find something to keep myself occupied on Sunday, to get through the day, just as I have the previous years.
