...because all deaths have to come at once!

See title. Not sure if that's a good thing or not, because at the same time it means that you get all the mourning done at once instead of spreading it out. But eh...

So we had to put one of our cats to sleep today because his kidneys stopped working. It sucks even more because out of the three cats we have this one was really "mine"; always following me around when I was going outside, and otherwise just generally "making conversation". At first when he started doing that I'd have to go check if he wanted food, or to go outside, but the constant and never-ending meowing only stopped if you started talking back to him. He just wanted to be acknowledged most of the time, and then he'd go lay down on the chair next to you.

You have to look long and well for a more awesome cat. He was also extremely prone on protecting the house, and was nothing short of hard-packed badassery and ferocious rage when it came to that. Once I even caught him beating up a full-grown German Shepherd who dared walk on the pavement outside - to the horror of the dog's owner of course. Seriously, how awesome is that?

But yeah... Fuck it. Deaths suck just as much when it's a pet. I've seriously had enough of this right now.​
