There's a program through the hospital that works on developing healthier eating habits, kind of like Weight Watchers but with private sessions rather than group meetings.
With the help of the dietitian, we'll work on me losing weight, which will help considerably. Some people can work well alone to lose weight, but other people, like me, need another person to help us, to keep us on track and all.
I'll be meeting up with her once a month and I'll keep track of what I eat and all in a food journal. This will be a long term program that hopefully I'll see some results with.
