Today was very frustrating.
I went to my favorite internist.
In November, I had a very bad visit.
Weight of 195 lbs, and BP of about 150 over 95.
I cut out all cookies, cake, and pies. I replaced them with sherbet, and half and half low-fat ice cream -sherbert combo.
I mostly eat grilled chicken, and only eat chicken fingers rarely.
For the most part. I've given up Asian food, except for very rare occaszions.
The only "cheat " I have is lox on a bagel, once, or at most, twice a week.
I figured, okay, maybe I dropped.. 10? pounds.
I went back to my favorite Doctor today, and the situation was the exact same.
Weight 195 lbs, BP 150 over 95.
I have to go for full bloodwork, which I may not have had in two years, in mid April.
The internist thinks that even sherbet is bad "Due to the sugar"
I rarely exercise, and gave up the gym when I had the seizure that nearly killed me in 2015.
I dont go now due to the migraines, dizzy spells, and occasional seizures.
My father, who blasted me last time this happened, was very kindly, calm.
All he said was. "Find out what everything is, and work on it"
I'm humilared because as those who know me are aware, I have gone to every Dr imaginable to keep my seizures, migraines, under control. I regularly visit the internist a few times a year, I go to the dentist regularly.
Hopefully, I will find out the "lay of the land" so to say, and fix this.
On top of all this, "T'"'s 50th bday celebration was put off because of things in his life.
I would like to postpone it again, with how he acts, but we will see.
Sigh! All I can do is to find out what it is, and try to take care of it as throughly and quickly as possible.
