Yes, it's that time of year again. Time for my gathering of choice. Last year was my first ever gathering, and I had fun (I posted a thread about it, if you're curious, you can look it up). It's held at a big place, on a lake, with cabins...it's a beautiful place! I got to meet a bunch of fun people last year and, dare I be so bold, I think this year will be even better...mainly due to the Fortress of Nerditude that ijustwannaplay, TKLMAN and myself will convert our cabin into. Speaking of cabins, is it really a cabin when you have a kitchenette and cable tv? Not that I am complaining, mind you. I won't have to miss any reruns of Law & Order
I also released the fourth issue of my first ongoing comic book series (and I have two issues released of my limited series as well), so I seem to be making it look like I know what I am doing. Really, each issue is a learning experience. Hopefully, I can make it all look effortless sooner rather than later. I also had to set up a website and a forum, which I had NO clue how to do...I completely made that up as I went along! It all works thou, so I can't complain I guess. I'm also going to begin publishing someone else's comic book, which will be cool. I'll get to make money off of someone else's work...that's a really weird feeling, but I guess it's just a sign of expansion? I saw my company listed on wikipedia, which was really cool!
I guess I will have to post another blog once I get back from MTP. It should be fun this year!
