I just wanna go inside your head and take all the bad things out and replace them with ponies and warm fuzzies and birthday cake and sexy shoes. We all love you and could never leave you. I know I speak for more than just myself when I say that.
Babygirl, I love you, and I'm so sorry you're struggling with this right now. The most important thing to remember is that your friends love you so much, and our job is to be there for you before, during and after hard times. Nobody is going to judge you or leave you because of this.
Michael mentioned something about you two talking a little bit about this, but I don't know how much. If you haven't really spent time discussing this with him, please do. He's got such a wealth of information and experience to share that really could be of alot of help for you. Psychiatrist and therapists are great, but sometimes talking to someone real who has been in your shoes can be the best medicine of all.
I'm PMing you my #. Any any anytime you need anything please don't hesitate to call me.
If it's any consolation, you'll know if it's an aneurysm pretty damn quick. 😉 As for leaving, you can put that out of your mind. Anyone that would walk away, without damn good reason, was never a friend to begin with. You're stuck with me for life. <3 ily ylm? y nyd yid, gfy <3
I really don't know what else to add, but we're all here for you Jo. Hopefully talking to that counselor will be a big help as well, as I personally believe more in that than medication.
I have had Panic Attacks for years, since I was about 19 I was diagnosed. In 1993 (at 21) I had a Panic Attack so bad that I ended up having a mitro-valve prolapse. There are a lot of things I have learned over the last 17-18 years that have helped me deal with them. Ill be seeing you soon, hopefully anything I pass on will help you.
Take care, and if there is anything I can do before hand, let me know.
Sorry to hear that babe, and know I will always be there for you...leave you?? not a chance in hell...we DX peeps gotta stick together, if you ever need to talk, I have the ear to listen...get better babe, and we will be here for ya
PM me any time, Jo 🙂 I'm so sorry things have been so rough... but they will get better. You're doing the right things by seeking better advice from your doc and leaning on your friends when you need them. Hang in there hon!
