help pls..tickling techniques for f/m

Hi guys and gals,
I am trying to find the best techniques to use for tickling guys (obviously I will be trying this on my bf 🙂 )
I would appreciate all thoughts.
how is the very best way to tickle, places to tickle and tools to use for example brushes, feathers, perhaps oil will help and also heard that a pair of soft nylon tights worn like gloves over someone's hand and stroking your nails across some one's tummy will also create a great effect .. is it true?
